Terms of online orders and payment

1. Seller

2. What these terms cover

They cover ordering and paying for gift vouchers and any other services the website lets you pay for online. Booking a visit on the website is free; consultations and treatments are paid at the center unless the website says otherwise.

3. Prices

All prices are in euro and are final. No extra fees are added, including for delivery. A voucher’s value is the amount you chose or the price of the chosen treatment at the time of the order.

4. Ordering

Choose the type and value of the voucher, enter your details and accept these terms. After ordering you get an order number on screen and by email.

5. Payment and security

You can pay online with a Visa or Mastercard card, and for a printed voucher also at the center. Card payments go through BORICA AD’s secure payment page, using a virtual POS terminal of Municipal Bank AD, with 3-D Secure verification. You enter your card details only there; Levitas never sees or stores them. By paying you confirm that you are entitled to use the card.

6. Receiving the voucher

We email a PDF voucher to the address you gave within 1 working day of payment. A printed voucher is collected at our reception at 94A Cherni Vrah Blvd during opening hours (Monday to Saturday, 09:00-19:00). Vouchers are not sent by courier or post, and there is no fee for receiving them. If your voucher is late, contact us and we will send it again straight away.

7. Validity and use

A voucher is valid for 180 days from issue, can be used in parts for any service or IV therapy at the center and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Right of withdrawal and refunds

You can withdraw from an online order without giving a reason within 14 days of payment, as long as the voucher has not been used. Send your withdrawal to info@levitas.bg with the order number. We refund the full amount to the card you paid with within 14 days of receiving it. When the money appears in your account also depends on your bank.

9. Complaints

You can make a complaint about an order, a payment or a service at info@levitas.bg, on +359 884 74 74 44 or at reception. We reply within 14 days. If the complaint is upheld, we refund the amount the way it was paid within 14 days.

10. Restrictions

Online orders can only be placed by adults. Medical services for people under 18 are provided with the consent and in the presence of a parent or guardian. Some treatments have medical contraindications; your physician decides whether they are right for you.

11. Responsibility

Meditsinski Tsentar Levitas EOOD is responsible for performing the contract with you, for the type, quantity and quality of the services and the related care, and for resolving disputes.

12. Disputes and applicable law

We resolve disputes by mutual agreement. If that is not possible, you can contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (www.kzp.bg) or the competent Bulgarian court. Bulgarian law applies.

We process your data as described in the Privacy policy.
